So here i will track my wii fit progress (if there is any)
I've had my wii for 6 days now and so far i gained a pound. YUCK but that was after dinner so hopefully we'll see some change in the morning.
My BMI was well bad. Thats my main point of this goal to try and get it down to a 'normal' weight. I have like 10lbs to lose and i'm aiming for a 5lb every 2 week loss which is difficult. 3lbs more to go.
My weight is at 144.5 EEK hate saying that
and my mii age is...15! At least that is a good thing.
Today i weighed in after dinner so my weight is probably a little heaver then it would be on a normal weight in.
I did accomplish my daily goal of 30 minutes.
